Do you provide open box delivery?
Open-box delivery is not available at this time. In the event you receive a wrong or damaged item, SENSILIFE will facilitate an exchange wherever applicable. Please note that a continuous, uncut unboxing video is mandatory for processing any exchange request.
What if my parcel is lost or Stolen?
